Booking Your $20 deposit is non-refundable but will go to the total of the overall service Tardiness There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything past 10 minutes, there will be a $10 fee that will be added to the total cost of your service. If you are late to your appointment, we will have to move around to certain aspects of your appointment, and you might have to forfeit some as well to ensure we are not running into another client's appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be marked as a no-show. Canceling/ Rescheduling To make certain that your appointment is canceled in due time, there is a cancellation window of 48 hours before your appointment. It allows ample time to cancel and maybe fill the appointment time. I will do a 3 strike you’re out, and you will also lose your deposit For rescheduling, the same policy applies. No Call/No Shows Whereas a lot of us nail techs understand things happen, I allow 3 strikes, and then you're out. I will not allow you to book after 3 times of no call/no show Severe weather or sickness In any event of severe weather or sickness, it is extremely vital that you stay home. I do not want you or anyone to get sick or injured. If any of these things happen, you will also not be penalized at all. Broken nails Nail breaks happen if your nail breaks after our appointment. Before 72 hours, your nail will be fixed for free. Anything after 72 hours, it is a $5-$10 fix
